How Does Your Service Work?
After payment has been received, images, text and addresses are uploaded wirelessly to AmazingMail for processing. Each day, the cards are printed and shipped directly to recipients.
When will my Order be Processed?
Greeting cards are printed within 24 hours and leave the facility the next day.
How Long Does it Take to Receive a Card?
Printed greeting cards are sent via first class mail and typically arrive at US destinations in 5 to 7 business days. International shipping may take longer. If you sent an eCard, it will arrive as fast as your service provider transports it.
Do You Use Envelopes?
No. Cards are printed using the same vibrant and durable inks as postcards. Folded, sealed, stamped and mailed, we send cards without envelopes. People throw envelopes away immediately, and we’d rather keep a little post-consumer waste out of landfills and save a few trees while we’re at it.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
Currently we only accept Paypal payments.
What Name will I see on my PayPal Receipt?
All payments are made to StoneRaven, LLC. The name will show as PAYPAL*STONERAVEN on your statement.
What is the Size of the Greeting Card?
Cards measure 4.25″ x 5.5″
What is Your Refund Policy
We cannot provide refunds for cards that were processed. If you feel that an error has been encountered, please contact us Customer Service and please provide details about your order and your order number. We’ll do everything we can to help you.
